Bio:
My name is Aminah Dawood and I am an incoming Chemistry & Biochemistry PhD student. I graduated from San Jose State with a Bachelors in Chemistry, concentration in Biochemistry and a Masters in Biotechnology. My current research interests lie in gaining a better understanding of protein interactions, structure, function, and the molecular mechanisms involved in human disease. Outside of the lab I enjoy reading, baking, trying new foods, and going to local fairs with friends.
