Bio:
My name is Lawrence Bowens, and I am an incoming Bioengineering PhD student. I received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at California State University, San Bernardino. I also received a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering at USC where I worked with the Department of Defense on a thermoresponsive hydrogel for treating ocular trauma. My research interests are in neural engineering, biomaterials, and imaging applications. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, the gym, and drawing.
