Bio: 
Korynn Martinez (Maravilla) is a dedicated Academic Coordinator for the Graduate Division at UC Merced. A proud UC Merced alumna with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Korynn plays a vital role in coordinating the VISION PREM and G-RISE I-BioSTeP Research Grants. Passionate about student success, she works alongside her team to develop events and support initiatives aimed at improving student retention. In addition to her academic role, Korynn is also a coach for the UC Merced Softball team, where she mentors student-athletes both on and off the field.
